Dr. Sylvia Struck manages the Drinking Water Safety Program at the First Nations Health Authority working with First Nations in British Columbia to support access to safe and reliable water supplies and build capacity in First Nations communities. She is passionate about water issues and has spent much of her career working on environmental and public health issues in Canada, U.S., Uganda, Indonesia and Europe. She is also an Adjunct Professor in the School of Population and Public Health at the University of British Columbia where she lectures on global environmental health and climate change.
