Water Quality Biologist ,
Ktunaxa Nation Council
Heather McMahon is the water quality biologist for the Ktunaxa Nation Council. In her position, she represents the Nation Council on Permit 107517’s Environmental Monitoring Committee, and provides technical input in government to government as well as government to industry engagement throughout Ktunaxa ?amak?is. She has been in her position for nearly two years, and is passionate about Ktunaxa worldview and stewardship principles. Heather is grateful to be living in her home town of Cranbrook, BC, where she loves to take advantage of the amazing hiking and cross country skiing that the Rockies has to offer.
