Emma Rogers is an environmental management professional with a deep interest in understanding stakeholder perspectives to develop solutions that maximize shared benefits. Emma currently works for the Royal Bank of Canada as the Manager of Corporate Environmental Affairs. In this capacity, Emma works on environmental and social issues management, environmental employee engagement and communications initiatives, and supports the development of donation strategies related to the environment. Emma has worked on environmental initiatives in corporate, public sector and non-profit organizations for over 8 years. Prior to RBC, her roles included supporting the development of a climate change partnerships strategy with the Ontario government and managing environmental programs and compliance, and sustainability reporting with Tim Hortons. Emma holds a M.Sc. in Environmental Management and Policy from Lund University, Sweden and a B.A. in Political Science from Mount Allison University, New Brunswick.
